is one of the top most offenders in poor quality of health. Stress
is a toxin to your body. Many foods have chemicals in them that actually
cause the body to stress out. Cleansing the body in any form will
help relieve stress.

you will feel more relaxed and less stressed out!
The fact that you
are in a calm, quite place with soft music and light will have a calming
effect on you without you even trying to calm down. We suggest that

technique that is easily learned and easily applied. You can use this
form of self help while you are stuck in traffic, at your office,
