There are many different ways to help energize your body. At Alternatives in Health Care many of the modalities we use cross over to other categories listed to the left.
It is sometimes very difficult to place a therapy in a single category. With that in mind, please realize that any time you detoxify your body and nourish it, you will have more energy.
Any time you've exercised or in some way have increased your blood circulation and oxygenated your blood, you will feel better. Any time that you have relieved physical or emotional stress, you will feel more energetic.
Some of our therapies are hands on with our practitioners. Some are mechanical, and some are techniques that we teach you to do for yourself.
